At the last FRU meeting in July, the Union voted to move to a per player assessment for clubs instead of a single club bill for the FRU. The 2014 cycle will be assessed with USAR CIPP registration at $33 per player (last year this was $17 extra per player that went to the South, so this is a $16 increase from last year). If your club has not already paid 2013 dues, then they are delinquent and will not be assigned referees or be able to compete in matches this upcoming fall.
